Shipping Methods:

In the earlier days, we only shipped our products within USA&Canada, but now we ship our package all over the world. So generally speaking, we devide our shipping methods into two parts:

I Cutomers from USA&Canada:
There are two shipping methods for you to choose when you place an order, one is Local pick up, the other is Shipping through United States Postal Service(USPS).

Shipping fees:
For Local pick up:

You only have to pay a fixed handling fee, no matter how many products you have bought.
Local Pick Up Address : 700 Aldo Ave, Santa Clara, CA 95054

For Shipping through USPS:

The purchaser pays shipping and handling fee, the more items you have bought, the more discount you will get. Papatek.com will arrange to ship products  to you at the address you designated. If the order fails to be delivered by the our side or the shipping carriers, excluding wrong address left by customer, we will resend the order and take charge of the shipping fee.

II International Customers

Packages from international customers will be send by SGP Registered and UPS.
Attention: We cannot send the packages to customers from international military areas at this moment.

Shipping time :

For Local pick up: Our working time is 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, every Monday to Friday, exclude American holiday. Customers can pick up their products at any time we list above.

For Shipping through USPS&SGP Registered&UPS:  We will ship out the products within the same day when you place the orders.The shipping time is about 2-4 days for USA& Canada customers(except for military area) ; about one week for international customers.
