Papatek.com is a seller of brand new products, primarily laptop accessories and computer parts, and claims no association to any specific brand of computer maker.

All Papatek products are warranted for 12-months unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item. Should the product you purchase from papatek.com not meet any such warranty, we will issue a credit or replace the product. Papatek.com offers a 90-day money back guarantee on all laptop parts.

The limited warranty provided by Papatek.com covers normal use of the product for a period of 12-months.
It does not apply to:

1) defects resulting from improper use or inadequate installation.
2) actions or modifications by unauthorized third parties or the purchaser themselves.
3) accidental or willful damage.
4) any "unusual" use that goes against common sense (using laptop by the pool, using laptop while riding a bike, etc.)
