Refunds are only available within the first 30 days from the date of the invoice (shipping, insurance and any taxes or VAT fees are non-refundable).
RMA Information
A. For all returns you will need to contact us to request an authorization number. You can do this at anytime by using our online RMA form or emailing us with your return request. Unauthorized and unmarked products shipped back to our warehouse may become lost or returned to you as unaccepted, so please talk to us before shipping back any product.
B. Please have the following information available when submitting an RMA request: the name and the email-address the order was placed under, item number, and the nature of the problem.
C. All returns must include any cables and other accessories provided with the product.
D. Replacements are normally handled in one of these three ways:
1. We may ship you a replacement product and not ask for the original product to be sent back.
2. We may ship you a replacement and then ask you to ship the original part back to us. We normally do this when the part from your previous order is found to be DOA or some other identifiable issue. can wait for your item to come back before we ship your replacement.
3. We may ask you to ship back the original part and then send you the replacement after we have examined the original part. This is done when are not sure why the first part did not work as expected.
E. Refunds are available only after the return has been received, tested and verified for authenticity. For your RMA status, please e-mail

F. For returns caused by customers' wrong/duplicate purchase or inapproriate operation on the products, a part of the item price should be charged as restocking and handling fee. The following formula is for calculating the amount.
Refund Amount=80%(Item Price- Return Shipping Cost)
Please keep the return receipt and provide us the shipping cost to confirm the refund amount.
