This device came well packaged, with a slight scratch on package but no harm to the device. I had not thought about I should mount the parts together by myself. But actually it's very simple according to the manual. It's esay to use too. I don't carry my ipad out much, so most of the time it is on the ipad floor stand. Hello,
after about a month of use I can say this product is awesome. For the cost, I think this is the best buy on the market.
I was getting tired of holding the ipad all the time reading mail, navigating, etc.
I use this in the living room, in my bed.
This adjusts very easily and can get high enough for any position you're in. I put it all the way up to my face when I'm in

bed lying down (right above me), this is great for watching my favourite tv shows.
It's a little heavy to carry around but you get used to it and because of it's weight it's less likely to fall down.

it is about 3 months with this floor stand for my ipad now. Great product and i love it so much. no matter where am I, I like to move it with me. It hold my iPad well and can be adjusted to the proper location I want. It is not so heavy but far enough to keep the whole unit steady. I find some other product is with a triangle stand base, like standzfree. I feel unsafe with this since it is like to drop down to one side. I checked many ipad floor stands, ipad desktop stands, searched on amazon and other websites. This one is the best one I like. First is the price, no need to searching eveywhere now, this is the correct one you need. I have to say the price is so good. and when i received it, I mounted up and looked though, what a perfect thing it is. I wanted a ipad stand long time ago but I did not think about to get this floor stand in that good price and fast delivery. They sent it the same day after i place the order. I can't be more happier with it.

I ordered 4 totally but only got 2 after serveral days, papatek sent only 2. I planned to use these ipad stand holder as gifts but something unexpected happened. I called and they arranged a reshipment for me soon. The customer service was ok but I then found I did not need the rest two ipad stand holder due to time matters. I finally get the full refund of the missing items.

I give the full star to Papatek service. The box came with a scratch. That makes the inter package slightly damaged. So I didn’t open the case and contacted Papatek service on this product. I bought this iPad floor stand since i want to use it both as a holder to hold my iPad, and as a holder to hold my mirror when i am doing the make up. I ordered the iPad floor stand almost one and a half month ago. To my surprise, i received it only 4 days later. But i was a little disappointed at it since the package was broken when i received it. I may doubt the quality of the iPad floor stand when seeing the package. When i unopened it, i assembled according to the user manual. But i met some problems since i couldn't hold the iPad on it tightly. So i called back to papatek and a man answered the phone. He explained to me how to adjust the stand very carefully. At last i understood what he said and finished the assembling. The man explained very patiently. And i found the iPad floor stand was helpful for me. The height and angle can be adjusted according to the needs. Now i can enjoy the movies, pictures in bed, and sometimes i read in couch. Thanks to this gadget since it frees my hand and i feel relax. In the morning, i often use it to hold my big mirror so that i can finish my make up quickly. Anyway, i like the iPad floor stand since it helps me a lot in life. It works well. If you have the same painful hands as me, you can buy this iPad floor stand, You will be so happier after you getting it. It has so many advantages that i will tell it below: first, it is easy to assemble. i read the user manual carefully and it took me only 10 minutes to assemble the iPad floor stand.
